studio abitbetter ("we") treats your personal information with care and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable law.
1. No account required
The app has no sign-up and no login. We do not collect your name, date of birth, or phone number. Your card collection and settings are stored only on your device.
2. What we collect and why

We collect each item only with your consent, at the moment you use that feature. If you decline, the card game, collecting, and the rest of the app's core features still work.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except:
- when you have consented in advance
- when required by law, including a lawful request from an investigative authority
4. Processors
We use the following service providers to run the app.

5. Cross-border transfer
Our cloud, email, notification, and advertising providers may hold data on servers outside the Republic of Korea. The items transferred, the destination countries, and the recipients are settled during development and stated in this policy at that time.
6. Deletion
We delete personal information without delay once its retention period ends or its purpose is met. Electronic files are erased in a way that cannot be recovered.
For submissions that are not accepted, we delete the email, display name and photo three months after they are submitted. The plant name and the shooting date, place and country stay as a submission record that does not identify you. Submissions that are accepted are kept until the app service ends, to credit the source and handle copyright disputes; if the contributor asks, we remove the photo and display name from the card.
7. Your rights
You may at any time ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or ask us to stop processing it. Write to us through Send feedback in the app's settings and we will respond within 10 days.
The collection record and settings held on your device can be erased by you at any time with Reset the app in the settings.
If you are in the EU or the UK: you also have the right to data portability and the right to object, and you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. The legal basis for our processing is your consent for submissions, feedback, and notifications, and the performance of a contract for support payments.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 14, we delete it without delay.
9. How we keep data safe
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Restricted access to the admin site, with Google sign-in
- Access to personal information kept to the minimum

11. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will announce it in the app. Changes take effect seven days after they are posted.
